HOW TO COMMISSION

STEP 1: SELECT A PHOTO

This is a vital first step! The higher the image quality, the more detail I can capture. Please provide a clear, close-up photo taken in good lighting, preferably with the subject's eyes open. The image should accurately represent the true colors of the fur and eyes, and be detailed enough to show the direction of the fur. If the subject has passed away, I can work with the best available photos. You are welcome to send multiple images for me to select the most suitable composition. For guidance on choosing the ideal photo, please refer to my PHOTO REFERENCE GUIDE.

STEP 2: CHOOSE A SIZE

The most popular size is 12" X 16" Medium. Please note that larger sizes allow for greater detail and subject matter. If you require a specific size not listed, feel free to contact me for a quote.

STEP 3: CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS

Once you have selected a photo and size, we can initiate the process by clicking here! You may also reach out via Facebook/Instagram or text if you have any questions. I strive to respond promptly, but please allow 24-48 hours for a reply. My schedule can become busy, particularly around holidays and birthdays, so I recommend planning ahead. Please note that portraits require time, and I operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

STEP 4: YOUR TURN!

When it is your turn for me to begin your custom portrait, I will notify you. A minimum of 50% of the payment is required to commence work, with the remaining balance due prior to shipping. I accept Venmo, CashApp, FacebookPay, and Zelle. Typically, a custom portrait takes me 10-15 hours to complete, though it may take longer depending on the complexity. I will provide progress images throughout the process and share updates on social media unless it is a surprise gift—please inform me in advance. Be sure to follow my Facebook Business Page, Instagram, and TikTok for updates.

STEP 5: YOUR PORTRAIT IS COMPLETE

This is the most rewarding step! I will send you a photo of the finished portrait, which will appear even more impressive in person. The portrait will be mounted and prepared for shipping once the final payment is received.

STEP 6: SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE!

Many of my clients come from referrals and social media shares. I appreciate when clients showcase my work; however, please refrain from cropping the portrait or applying filters for compositional integrity. Don’t hesitate to refer friends seeking a unique keepsake! Testimonials and reviews on my Facebook business page are always welcome!
