COPYRIGHT
The artist retains complete copyright all artwork created, including prints, which allows me to produce prints and other items featuring the artwork. When a portrait is commissioned, I reserve the right to showcase it in my online gallery and on my social media platforms. If you prefer not to have your commissioned portrait displayed online, please inform me before I begin. Additionally, let me know if the artwork is a surprise and needs to remain private until a later date.

WAITING LIST
I often have a client waiting list, and the time required to complete a portrait varies depending on the season and the number of other projects on my schedule. I will provide an estimated completion date upon your inquiry. For specific occasions, such as birthdays, I will do my best to accommodate any special requests.

PAYMENT
To commission a portrait, a 50% deposit is required before I start. I accept Venmo or Cashapp. The final portrait will be sent once the remaining payment is received. Please note I operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and waiting times may range from weeks to a few months, so it's best to contact me to ensure your portrait is completed and delivered on time.

CANCELLATIONS
Clients have a 7-day money-back guarantee from the deposit payment date to cancel their order, with a full refund issued. Cancellations must be communicated via email, and clients will lose their spot on my waiting list. If a cancellation occurs after 7 days, the deposit will be retained due to loss of business and to cover time spent on administration, emails, mock-ups, and payment fees.

CHANGES
A photo of the completed portrait will be shared with the client. Upon receiving the approved portrait, clients have 7 days to request any. Changes must be specified before shipping.

SHIPPING
Portraits and artwork are securely packaged and shipped with a tracking number to the provided address. In the rare event of damage during shipping, please send a photo of the damaged artwork immediately. Depending on the damage, the artwork must be returned, and a new portrait will be created at no additional cost. The new portrait will be added to my client waiting list.

PRINTS
I strive to ensure my prints closely resemble the images shown in my shop; however, scanning settings and individual monitor/screen settings may slightly affect the color and texture of the prints.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for any commission or items available in my online shop. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

PRIVACY POLICY
The artist will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties.
